Now that's NOT activism!

So now that we have activism and slacktivism, should we be adding wiktivism? For all the academics who raise a furrowed eyebrow at Wikipedia for their "inaccuracies", how many times would we have had "opinion" printed in books that become decades-old references? How many decades would we have to wait until an "authorative" source could be compiled? Wikipedia may not be perfect, but I've never found a perfect textbook either.
